Return Policy

Returns:

​

Our return policy lasts for 7 days. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can easily return the product to us within 7 days of receiving it and receive a full credit to your account. Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

To initiate your return, kindly send us an email at spectretales@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund". We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

​

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

​

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at spectretales@gmail.com with subject as "Late or Missing Refunds".

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

​

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at spectretales@gmail.com.

​

Shipping for Exchange/Return:

​

Please keep the item packed and ready for a reverse pickup.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Cancellation Policy:

​

We typically ship our products in 7-14 days of receiving the order as the product is customised / tailored from the time of order received, with the only exception being if the following day is a Sunday or a public holiday.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email at spectretales@gmail.com with the subject "Cancellation of Order #" and let us know the reason for cancellation. You may cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it. If 12 hours have elapsed  we will not be able to cancel it.
